We Are
Atabay Consulting was founded in 2012 by Monica Graue and William Gaber, both Senior Consultants with vast experience in the Search and Consulting industries, with the sole purpose of improving the performance of companies by attracting the right talent and implementing best practices into each stage of talent-related processes.
In 2012, we establish a global alliance with other independent firms in order to better serve our clients. And in 2013, in a continuous effort to add value to our clients, we establish a commercial relation with Decision Dynamics, the global leader in human resources tools and methods.
Since the beginning our Consultants have been working at excelling and innovating the Search and Talent Solutions industry in Latin America.
